To Dream of You

I had this dream; I woke up in your embrace.

Feeling warm and safe, the way I did long ago.

Energy flowing gracefully between us.

Scars healing inside and out as your hands and lips

explore what has been lost.

My body quivering with magic and longing,

pulsating in rhythmic passion. I jolted

awake as you enter me deeply.

Feeling your presence over me, energy surging

Like live wires dancing, I close my eyes and sigh.

Alas, it was but a dream triggered by longing

memories and I am here left wondering.
